P&P Rates

We charge a standard £5.50 P&P per order (no matter how large your order may be) – shipped to a mainland UK destination. If the total cost of your order is more than £100.00 then we will automatically apply FREE shipping at the checkout.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible and we will inform you via email when your order has been despatched. Most orders are sent by Parcel Force, Courier or Royal Mail 1st class whichever offers the best service for your order size or delivery area. Most orders are delivered between 1-3 days from the date of despatch. However at busy times i.e. Christmas-time or during inclement weather conditions your parcel may take longer. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of despatch notification then please contact us on 07774483756.

If a delivery attempt fails, a card will be put through your door to inform you whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or returned to your local sorting office ready for you to collect or arrange a final delivery attempt.

We would recommend that you add your phone number when placing your order so that we can contact you if there are any issues to discuss.

The phone number of the recipient would also be appreciated by the delivery driver, especially if they live off the beaten track or have just moved into a new build.

Tracking your order

Our Despatch Bay Company will send you emails at key points in the delivery process to give you peace of mind and allow you to track your parcel throughout its journey.

You will be sent an email on the day of delivery so check your emails from the despatch day onwards so you can arrange for someone to be in to receive your parcel and avoid disappointment.

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund we will endeavour to comply with your wishes. However, if the item has already been despatched and it is too late to cancel, we ask that you return the item to us at Garden House Flowers 352 Blackgate Lane, Holmes, Tarleton, Preston, PR4 6JJ in a resalable condition. All items should be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods you will receive a full refund i.e. the cost of the items paid by you plus any P&P paid for sending them to you.

Faulty/damaged goods

If the contents of your parcel are damaged then please let us know as soon as possible so we can remedy this without delay. We will replace or refund any damaged products with no extra cost to you.

All sizes shown on the web pages are approximate. As with a real flower arrangement we cannot guarantee exact replication of the photograph.
